TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you play Rink Freaks, run by Martin Adámik, Slovakia (“we”). By creating an account or playing as a guest you agree to them. Contact: hi@merton.sk.

Your account

• One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; you answer for what happens on your account.
• You must be at least 16, or have a parent’s permission.
• A guest team lives in one browser until you save it, and is deleted after a week without play.

Seasons

The game runs in seasons. A team belongs to its season and starts from zero in the next one: gold, levels, items and crystals earned in play stay with that season. What carries over is your account, your history and crystals you bought.

Crystals and purchases

• Crystals are a virtual currency for use in the game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players.
• Crystals you buy stay on your account and can be spent in any season. Crystals earned in play belong to the team and end with its season. Earned crystals are spent first.
• Purchased crystals are delivered at once, so by buying you ask for the delivery to start straight away and accept that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once they are credited. This does not affect your rights if something you bought does not work.
• A purchase that is refunded or charged back is taken off your crystals.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Play fair

• No cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts to farm rewards, or buying and selling accounts.
• Be decent in messages and names: no harassment, hate or anything illegal.
• If you find a bug, tell us — do not use it.

We may remove rewards gained unfairly, rename a team or player, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The game changes

We balance, add and remove things — prices, rewards, events, rules. We try to keep it fair to everyone, but we do not promise any part of the game stays as it is. The game may be down for maintenance now and then.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, interruptions or indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account at hi@merton.sk. Unspent purchased crystals are not refunded when you delete the account yourself.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the game before the change applies. Slovak law applies, without taking away the protection of the law where you live. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
